Noah Baron
Jerry Shestack Justice Fellow and CounselNoah Baron is the 2019-2021 Jerry Shestack Justice Fellow and Counsel at the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law.
Noah graduated cum laude with a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. in 2015. During law school, he interned with the NAACP Legal Defense Fund and the Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights. He also served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Georgetown Journal of Gender and the Law. After graduation, Noah served as an Associate Attorney General with the District of Columbia Office of the Solicitor General. He then worked as an Associate Attorney at the California Civil Rights Law Group, a plaintiff-side civil rights firm in San Francisco, where he handled both trial and appellate work.
Prior to law school, Noah worked as a Legislative Assistant at the Religious Action Center of Reform Judaism. In addition to a J.D., he holds a B.A. from Columbia University in American Government. He is licensed to practice law in New York State (2016), in the District of Columbia (2017), in California (2018), and before the United States Supreme Court (2019).
