Michael Parris

Michael Parris joined the Lawyers’ Committee in February 2016 in a administrative support role from Department Of Employment Services in Washington, DC. after a six month training period Michael transitioned to part time with the Lawyers’ Committee for a short period of time before becoming full time. Michael now works in the Executive Office supporting both the President and Executive Director and the Vice President of Strategy. He also assists administration and the accounting departments with other various tasks and projects.

Michael graduated from George Dewey High School in Subic Bay, Philippines in 1991. He attended Howard University for a period studying Criminal Justice. He considers himself a military brat having lived all across the globe. He now calls Washington, DC home.
