Kadeem Cooper
Policy CounselKadeem Cooper serves as Policy Counsel for the Public Policy Project at the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, focusing primarily on the advancement and protection of voting rights in federal elections.
Prior to joining the Lawyers’ Committee, Kadeem served as Counsel to the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Crisis. Cooper previously worked as a litigation associate at Covington & Burling LLP and Paul, Weiss LLP.
Kadeem received his J.D. from New York University School of Law, where he was an Arthur Garfield Hays Fellow. He received his B.A. from the University of Virginia.
