Bolling v. Sharpe: 60th Anniversary Panel Discussion Black History Month
On the same day In May 1954, the Supreme Court issued its rulings on Bolling v. Sharpe and the landmark case Brown v. Board of Education of Topeka, Kansas. In Bolling v. Sharpe, the Court unanimously ruled racial discrimination in the Washington, D.C. public school system denied blacks due process of law as protected by the Fifth Amendment.
