On March 15, 2019, the parties to a lawsuit that was filed on May 12, 2005 will stand together in a press conference to announce a settlement that will result in the payment of over $5,000,000 to the Plaintiffs for the purpose of building affordable housing in the County of Nassau. The press conference will take place on the steps of the Nassau County Executive Building located at 1550 Franklin Avenue, Mineola, NY 11501 at 10:30 a.m.

At the press conference, members of MHANY MANAGEMENT INC, NEW YORK COMMUNITIES FOR CHANGE (NYCC), their lawyers, the County Executive Laura Curren and members of the County of Nassau will unveil the settlement agreement and details of the settlement. The press and the public are invited to attend this victory celebration of the settlement and the anticipated benefits that will flow for all of Nassau County.
